HR Business Partner - onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Summit Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
