HR Business Partner - onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Rook Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Buffalo with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
