HR Business Partner - onboarding (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
