HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boston, MA)

Cedar Lantern Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
