HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boston, MA)

Nova Kestrel Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 668 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
