HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boston, MA)

Silverline Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Boston area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
