HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boston, MA)

Northwind Ember Staffing is a Boston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 608 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
