HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Union Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
