HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Maple Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Boston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 232 people based in Boston. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
