HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boston, MA)

Northwind Haven Property Management is a Boston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
