HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Granite Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
