HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Amber Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
