HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Redstone Ivory Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Boise. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Boise. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
