HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Umber Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
