HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Nova Vale Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
