HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Clearpath North Insurance Associates is an insurance company in Boise with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 985 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
