HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Linden Civic Services works with county and city offices around Boise, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
