HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Stone Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
