HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Ashton Health is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
