HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Lumen Glen Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications.
