HR Business Partner - onboarding (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Umber Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
