HR Business Partner - onboarding (Birmingham, AL)

Rivermark Granite Water Authority Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
