HR Business Partner - onboarding (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Summit Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
