HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Baltimore with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
