HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Fox Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
