HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Cedar Clear Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
