HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Bright Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
