HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Meridian Foods is a Baltimore food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
