HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Basin Legal Group is a Baltimore practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
