HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Greenridge Amber Medical designs and makes medical devices in Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
