HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
