HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Baltimore with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
