HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in Baltimore with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
