HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Baltimore, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 484 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
