HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Yarrow Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
