HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 214 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
