HR Business Partner - onboarding (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Corner Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
