HR Business Partner - onboarding (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Sable Financial serves customers across Austin with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
