HR Business Partner - onboarding (Austin, TX)

Redstone Corner Markets is a Austin retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 202 people based in Austin. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
