HR Business Partner - onboarding (Austin, TX)

Silverline Ashton Foods is a Austin food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
