HR Business Partner - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Vista Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
