HR Business Partner - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Glen Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
