HR Business Partner - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Atlanta. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
