HR Business Partner - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook North Pharma Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
