HR Business Partner - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
