HR Business Partner - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Bright Wren Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Atlanta, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
