HR Business Partner - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Fernwood Pike Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
