HR Business Partner - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Meridian Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
