HR Business Partner - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Nova River Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Anchorage, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
