HR Business Partner - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Quarry Civic Services supports public agencies in Anchorage with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
